I joined Charles in the business after I left working in TV in 2004 because I felt so strongly about helping to bring what we do to more people. My role in management of the Residential programmes has been the most fulfilling experience in my career.

Apart from being Charles’ guardian angel throughout his anxiety years, Beth is an integral part of the management of the international centres. Beth’s experience helping Charles through his anxiety and now advising other carers is unmatched. Beth also looks after their two children Charlie and Florence… a full time job in itself!
